When doing a dash roll-up, place the Ram Jammer Vehicle Extrication Bases against the B-posts on each side of the vehicle.
Instead of only getting one single push with your hydraulic rams, the Ram Jammer Vehicle Extrication Bases give you a secure base to make a second and even then a third push if needed for the Maximum Dash Roll-Up to assist in the extrication.
This will help allow you a large amount of room in the front of the patient making it easier to apply spinal immobilization devices before extricating them from the vehicle.
They also absorb the force of the rams to prevent fractures at the B-post.
